This policy explains which data BandNav needs during the beta phase and why it is processed.

Data we process

• Account data such as name, email address, password hash, and login session data.
• Band data such as band names, member roles, invitation codes, and optional band logos.
• Song and setlist data such as personal song versions, shared setlists, order changes, markings, and sync metadata.
• Technical data such as app version, device requests, server logs, and update checks.

Why we process data

We use data to provide login, band membership, invitations, offline/online sync, app updates, support, and security monitoring.

Email

BandNav sends transactional email such as band invitations through Brevo. Replies are directed to support addresses at bandnav.app.

Retention

Account, band, and song data is kept while the account or band is active. Deletion workflows will be expanded before public commercial launch.
